first_imgHarry Redknapp believes Dele Alli is destined to be a Premier League and England great.The 19-year-old midfielder has impressed for Tottenham since arriving from MK Dons and could make his full debut for the Three Lions against France on Tuesday night.Alli has already won three caps for his country from the bench, and Redknapp believes it is just a matter of time before he becomes a cornerstone of the team.Speaking on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, the former Spurs boss said: “Dele Alli I think is a future big star. He has got everything.“For a midfield player, he has got great size. He can play, he can tackle, he can head it. It looks like he has a great head on his shoulders, a great attitude. “I think he is going to be a real big player in the Premier League and for England for years to come.”Redknapp believes Alli is not the only Spurs star who is set to play a major role for England over the next decade.He rates Harry Kane as the brightest striking prospect in the country and thinks the 22-year-old will only get better.“Harry Kane is there to stay, I have got no doubts about that,” added Redknapp.“He is a fantastic striker. He has got everything. He holds the ball up, he brings people in to play and he can score goals.”last_img
